Today was the last session of an applicant who wanted to change her life. She came to me wanting to have the choice and feel good about how she lived her life. When I asked her what she wanted a year ago she told me that she was drawn to me by something I had said. She wanted to live by a code, find the discipline to create a life that made her feel proud, and get out of the funk that had stayed with her for years. She is one of the few people who asked to purchase a bundle of coaching sessions up front. She told me she was serious and I have seen few people dive into new knowledge, exercises, and expressions of identity like her. Designing one's life and inventing oneself is what I call Guru Services and the product is you! What happened on her last session today made me proud of the work I do and the people I touch.

My client met me and presented me a letter with a rather ornate wax seal. She told me that approaching her last session she felt panic and there were many things she wanted to say. So she began writing them down, and she wrote and wrote. The session we had left would be on next steps and talk about the future. At the end of these sessions she realized that all this work made her feel confident. Made her think that it was her who became the Guru and recognized the best way to cope and move forward. It was not to until she worked on her life with me that she got out of her own head, and the idea of her life. That for too long she had obsessed over why some things had happened, but now her mind is moving towards what she can make happen. No one else knows what she carries or where she has been, or where she is going. When you read this you should know I'm proud of you. May you know the world as one of us. The world may see your light but miss the burning of your fire. You walk as Enshrouded.   

Life leaves scars. Sometimes you don’t see them until later. Sometimes you don’t know where they’ve come from. Sometimes they fade before your eyes. The world leaves its mark on us and the alchemy of our kindness may not be enough to change that today. Move on swiftly and let life teach them their lessons, and get back to living. There are truly wonderful people out there, and even they get hurt sometimes. The most important thing you ever did was learn how to survive. Don’t let anyone make you feel like you shouldn’t have.
